Privacy

SiloSave processes a pasted public URL only to resolve the requested content. We do not create accounts, permanent result pages, or a permanent database of post content and media URLs.

Operational logs exclude pasted URLs, post text, and temporary download URLs. A short-lived daily hash may be used to enforce fair request limits.

YouTube download links are short-lived. SiloSave does not keep permanent copies of the downloaded video or audio files.

GrabSilo Desktop is a separate desktop application. Its primary download and media-processing workflows run locally on the customer's computer; media files are not stored as permanent copies on the SiloSave website.

Facebook support is limited to public pages and does not require a Facebook sign-in. SiloSave does not keep permanent copies of Facebook media.

For GrabSilo Desktop purchases, we save your order email, license terms, price, order number, and payment status for fulfillment and support. OxaPay processes cryptocurrency payments and receives the order email, amount, and reference. The order lookup secret stays in your browser tab's session storage; only its hash is saved on our server.

For card checkout, SHOPLINE Payments receives your email, billing name, address and country, browser IP and user agent, and the order amount for payment and fraud checks. SiloSave does not store your billing name or address in the order record. Card details are entered on SHOPLINE’s payment page and never sent to SiloSave.

Desktop activation sends the license code and a random installation identifier to SiloSave to verify the purchase. The server keeps the issued code with the order. The desktop app saves the code and signed activation receipt using operating-system encryption; no hardware fingerprint is collected.

The Windows desktop trial sends a product-specific hash of the Windows installation identifier to SiloSave; the original identifier is not transmitted. We retain the first-start time so clearing app data or reinstalling the app does not restart the seven-day trial. An existing trial can migrate using its random installation identifier without extending its expiry. The signed trial receipt is encrypted by the operating system.

To deliver desktop license emails, we share your order email, order number, payment amount and currency, license terms, and license code with Brevo. These emails provide your purchase and activation instructions; they do not subscribe you to marketing emails.
