Use SiloSave and GrabSilo Desktop only for content that you created, own, or have permission or legal authority to save. You are responsible for following the source platform's terms and applicable law. Do not use the software to bypass DRM, payment, private-content restrictions, or other access controls.

A GrabSilo Desktop purchase is a license to use the desktop application. The free SiloSave web tools are a separate service and do not require that desktop license. Purchase, cancellation, and refund terms shown at checkout or in the order confirmation apply to the paid license.

The service and software are provided as-is. Public posts, videos, and temporary links can become unavailable without notice. SiloSave is not affiliated with Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, or Threads.

Facebook support is limited to public content you are authorized to save. SiloSave is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Facebook.
